HairClub, the Boca Raton-based hair loss solutions company owned by Japan’s Aderans Co. Ltd., has appointed Ahmad M. Wardak as its new president and CEO.
Founded in 1976, HairClub became a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo-based Aderans in 2004. The Japanese company, a global leader in hair restoration and hair care, is focused on strengthening its U.S. presence through HairClub’s network of more than 100 centers across North America.
Wardak joined HairClub in 2022 as chief sales and marketing officer, later serving as CFO and then president and COO. Under his leadership, the company returned to profitability after five consecutive years of operating losses.
The appointment signals Aderans’ ongoing strategy to expand HairClub’s reach in the U.S. personal care market. HairClub is currently growing its footprint through the rollout of retail kiosks and enhanced digital offerings.
Before joining HairClub, Wardak held executive roles at Bluegreen Vacations Corp., where he was chief marketing officer and executive vice president of corporate development and innovation. He also worked at FarmaSci Life Sciences and began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young.
Wardak, a Boca Raton resident, holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University.
