MIAMI FREIGHT FORWARDER
Miami-based Gap Forwarding Inc. signed a 108,000-square-foot pre-lease at Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV in Hialeah, marking a 30% expansion and consolidation of its South Florida operations. MIAMI SEAQUARIUM
Miami-based developer Terra has agreed to acquire control of the Miami Seaquarium for $22.5 million through U.S. Bankruptcy Court. The property’s current operator, Leisure Investment Holdings (the Mexico-based Dolphin Co.), filed to transfer its county lease to Terra. Operations will cease in late 2025 as animals are relocated.

JetBlue Airways will launch new international routes from Fort Lauderdale to Aruba, Cartagena, Grand Cayman, Liberia, San Pedro Sula, St. Maarten, and Cali starting Dec. 4. The expansion increases the airline’s Latin American and Caribbean service as part of its winter schedule.
