Standard International and Rosso Development Break Ground On The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami

 

On April 20th, hospitality and real estate pioneers Standard International, Rosso Development and Midtown Development have broken ground on The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami.

Standard International’s Amar Lalvani and Rosso Development’s Carlos Rosso celebrated the event alongside Miami District 2 Commissioner Sabina Covo, Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman, Florida and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida, Arquitectonica’s Raymond Fort, Urban Robot Associates’ Giancarlo Pietri, Civic Construction’s William J. Real and the South Florida broker community.

The Standard has been an integral part of Miami‘s fabric for over two decades and we have loved playing our small part in the city‘s emergence into a global destination for culture and innovation,” said Amar Lalvani, Executive Chairman of Standard International. 

Located at 3100 NE 1st Avenue in Midtown, The Standard Residences is centrally positioned between the Design District and Wynwood. Conceived by international architecture firm Arquitectonica, interior designer Urban Robot in collaboration with The Standard’s in-house design team, and landscape designer Naturalficial. 

Ranging from studios to two bedrooms, residences span between 432-square feet to 965-square feet. Finishes include light wood plank tile flooring, gourmet kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry and Bosch appliances, while oversized bathrooms showcase stone vanities and double-suite rain showers.
