Bridge Industrial has signed its first tenant at Bridge Point Port Everglades, a newly completed, 171,983-square-foot Class-A logistics facility adjacent to Port Everglades. Rehoboth Terminal, a Fort Lauderdale-based logistics provider and sister company to Accordia Shipping, will occupy 44,805 square feet under a long-term lease.
Bridge Point Port Everglades offers modern industrial features in a strategic location, including 32-foot clear heights, 34 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, and a 120-foot truck court. The LEED Silver-certified property provides immediate access to Port Everglades, I-595, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport, making it a key hub for international shipping.
John Mejia, Director of Leasing at Bridge Industrial, said the project delivers the functionality today’s logistics users demand. JLL’s Sky Groden, Ken Morris, and Jeremy Cain represented Bridge in the transaction.
Rehoboth Terminal specializes in cargo handling and stevedore services at Port Everglades, with a focus on Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) and container cargo. Alongside Accordia Shipping, which provides weekly RoRo service to Haiti and the Dominican Republic, Rehoboth supports trade between South Florida and the Caribbean.
“Our expansion into Bridge Point Port Everglades strengthens secure, scalable logistics operations to meet the growing demand for Caribbean trade,” said Lousder Jacques, President of Accordia Shipping and Rehoboth Terminal. Port Everglades Association Executive Director Lori Baer called the move “a real win-win” for the port community.
Bridge Industrial has delivered or is developing over 11 million square feet of Class-A space across South Florida.
