IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened its newest wellness-focused property, Even Hotel – Doral Area, bringing 125 rooms to Miami-Dade County. The hotel, located at 10770 N.W. 25th St. in Sweetwater, officially opened June 12, marking the brand’s third Florida location after Miami and Sarasota. IHG also has properties in Japan, France, Canada, and Washington, D.C.
Developed by ASI Diaz Doral Hotel Investment Group LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based ASI Global, the project reflects growing demand for health-focused travel options in the region. Buffalo Lodging Associates will operate the hotel.
Positioned 15 minutes from Miami International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Miami, the hotel offers convenient access to shopping destinations like Dolphin Mall, CityPlace Doral, PortMiami, and Hard Rock Stadium.
Even Hotel – Doral Area is designed to meet the wellness needs of both business and leisure travelers, featuring a 24/7 fitness studio, in-room wellness options such as yoga mats and Peloton bikes, an outdoor pool, and a health-conscious restaurant. The project’s design was led by Miami architect Tony Rodriguez-Tellaheche, with interiors by Kathy Kesler of Orlando.
“This wellness-focused hotel is set to bring excitement to travelers visiting the area looking to explore the many adventures the Doral community has to offer,” said Luis Prado, president of ASI Diaz Doral Hotel Investment Group.
The project builds on IHG and ASI Global’s ongoing collaboration, including the nearby Staybridge Suites. Growing tourism in Miami-Dade, which draws more than 20 million visitors annually, continues to fuel hotel development in Doral and surrounding areas.
