Mignow, a Brazilian company specializing in AI-powered SAP software migrations, has announced the opening of its U.S. headquarters in Miami’s Brickell City Tower. The move marks the start of the company’s North American expansion, with plans to hire 15 to 25 employees across sales, consulting, and engineering by the end of the year.
Founded in 2019, Mignow automates around 80% of the migration process between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, helping companies modernize faster and more cost-effectively*. Its platform, used by over 100 clients globally, now includes advanced features like Clean Core automation, upgrade accelerators, and intelligent impact analysis.
“Our Miami office marks a long-term commitment to the U.S. market,” said COO and co-founder Guilherme Joventino. “We’re expanding to meet growing demand and help U.S. enterprises modernize with speed and confidence.”
The expansion comes as businesses prepare for SAP ECC’s 2027 end-of-life, which is driving a wave of system upgrades. Mignow has already secured U.S. clients like NIKON and IvyTech, and globally serves major players like Carrefour and Besi. The company also partners with German Multinational firm SAP, AWS (Amazon Web Services), and Intel to co-develop enterprise solutions.
Mignow joins a growing list of international tech companies choosing Miami for their U.S. base, including Israel’s Vee, Denmark’s Monta, and California’s Kandji. With its proven automation platform and strategic alliances, Mignow aims to position itself as a key player in the U.S. enterprise tech space.
*SAP stands for Systems, Applications and Products in data processing and is a German-based multinational software corporation providing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions. SAP ECC stands for SAP ERP Central Component, an SAP legacy application originally designed to operate on third-party databases. SAP HANNA is a more advanced application that allows companies to track up-to-the-minute data instead vis static quarterly reports.
